I have lost my sim card which i was using for 4 long years as i need to block the number and needed replacement sim card. I went to idea service center and i asked them to block the number. They were like "call from another idea number to customer care and block the number" and i asked them "then why are you here, when you people won't serve your customer?". After all this they asked my proof and all the details. Again they told me you have bought sim in another city so you go to that city and get it. And what the hell is this when both the city are in the same city. Still i didn't get the sim idea network is to worst in providing service.
