[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Idea store executives deny to renew my lost sim until i pay the bill which will generate after 3 days

I'm Maharashtra Idea Postpaid Customer Since Past Few Months


On 17-March-2016 my Phone was Lost and I Immediately Called the Idea Toll Free from Friend's sim to Barre my No.

Executive Told me I Can Renew My SIM by walking to Nearest Idea Store I will Immediately be Provided with SIM and Get activated in 2 Hours.

And Next Day When I went to Idea Store in LONAVALA they told me to come when the Bill is generated, which was on 21st after four days.

I was not satisfied but still I waited and at 21-March Night Received my Bill and on Next day I Went to store and The Executive Lady Told me to First pay the Bill to continue with My sim, I asked them to process at least and Verify my Documents so to Renew the SIM, I will Pay Online by Evening but they Denied, Bill Just Generated Yesterday and How can I pay that much Amount Immediately?
Due to Holi I Needed to go to My Hometown in Gujarat Same day
Due to Different State I'm not able to Process through Gujarat's Idea Store so I Have Only Option to Process From Idea Maharashtra

Another Issue

My Monthly Bill also comes Very High
More they Charge each time
No Attractive offers
Nothing

When I Request for Port they Calls and Tries to tricks with the bill plans and offers
When I apply Those Offers and Finds those Offers were Lies

-Last to Last month my Bill Plan Was 199-Roam-Free Plan

The customer Care Executive Told me I will Get very good Benefits in Roaming (As I go to Roaming Area:-Gujarat every Month) As well as Will Get 100 SMS Per Month

Found I was charged Very Much More then Every Time
For Incoming also For Outgoing While Roaming

Also I got Charged for Every Message have not got Free SMSs

I Changes My bill Cycle Every month Due to high Charges and Taxes
but It Always Comes more then 700
Where as My Usage Never Crosses more then 300 when I was in Prepaid

They Says You will Never Get any Problem With IDEA Postpaid and Will be Premium Customer Always With Postpaid
It have been more then days and I'm Without SIM

THIS IS THERE PREMIUM SERVICE THIS IS FOR WHICH THEY SAY YOU WON'T GET ANY PROBLEM WITH IDEA\


This Month Bill Which just got Generated Yesterday for 829 something

I Won't Pay the Bill UNTIL I GET MY SIM RENEWED
