In april month bill, rs 597.26 has been levied in the name of
At the time of replacing a idea sim and purchasing a 4g sim customer care executive said that 50gb data are free but charges has been levied.
Idea celluar do regular cheating with customers.

Please make correction in the bill otherwise close the number. Its too embrasing and cheating with customers. You say that convert your 2g sim to 4g sim and then you are playing game with small customers.

Very bad. We will not pay the money at any cost. You can close the number itself.
We have 3 numbers in our home and please do mnp of all the numbers.
