[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Illigaly deduction without information

Company deduct balance without information after calling in their customer care they informed that i pressed 123 through my cell phone to activate joke and cricket services and all. I didn't press any no. After asking for refund they told that the amount cannot be refund by us (Idea).

I facing this issue three time in august 2016

I also attached the image of bal. Deduction...
If this happen again and again i will case against your company to the consumer court...
