[Resolved] Idea Cellular — I'm complaining about my failure online recharge

Dear Sir/Madam,
I recharged online on my Idea Mobile number [protected] in the morning today. Despite the recharging successfully, I have not been recharged on this number yet. For the complaint, I also called the customer care executive of the Idea Company. But even after talking to complaining executive repeatedly my problem has not yet been resolved.
I request you that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.
