Idea Cellular — I'm not getting service on my idea number it is my sim problem

My service stopped a day ago i removed the sim and switched places but no use. It was working fine till yesterday. I tried everything. Even removed the sim and put it into another mobile but still no use. I turned in and off the phone and nothing. My number is [protected]. Since it is not working i recommend you to call my another number [protected]. I was using my idea activity and had also recharged last week.
