[Resolved] Idea Cellular — incoming and outgoing of call not working

Even though i have more than 40 rs. Balance in my account, i am unable to call anyone and no one is able to call me. I am only receiving otp"s. I am also unable to call customer care. Now delivery persons are not able to call me, therefor all of my packages are reverted back. This issue is creating too many problems in my daily life. My idea android application is also not responding, even though i am connected to a strong wifi network. How am i supposed to make it work?
