Idea Cellular — incoming calls and sms not working

I am using idea cellular sim. My number is [protected]. From couple of days i am facing issue with incoming calls and sms. I can make calls and send sms but not getting any calls and sms. If someone calls to my idea number, response was "number is switched off". I have called to customer care and issue still exists.
