[Resolved] Idea Cellular — incoming calls validity expired

Hi, I am not able to receive incoming calls on my idea number and not able to call customer care on 12345 and 198 numbers. How can i re activate incoming services on my number.? Do we have any plans to recharge? Please let me know some clear steps an how to contact customer care.? Recently i have done 50 rupees recharge and my account balance shows 36 rupees.
