I have submitted my request for postpaid to prepaid but till time not getting proper direction for the same. So on 23rd nov'17 again i submitted my request for disconnect after that i got one call from your customer center and i have recorded this call that time your represent told me "your outstanding amount is zero and u want to pay only 50 rupees" so today again i visited to center for converting purpose but they said you want to pay 340 rupees so kindly help me for the same.
