[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Internet activation did not given but data has been charged | |||
Hi, my no. Is [protected], i had recharged for internet balance of amount rs.253/- for 2 gb data (3g pack) for this i didn't received any messages for the service of activation or any information regarding the recharged amount.Instead of that my main balance has been deducted of amount rs 5/- and when i checked my data balance i is showing 227 kb of data remains and the date of validity is showing as 16/6/2016, but i didn't use my data pack still now, i don't know what happened to my amount recharged when i call customer care they are telling that i had used all data, so, please tell us a solution for this and respond for this complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
