Dear sir/madam
Before 10 day i was recharge 348 on my idea numder [protected] and is this recharge i get only free calling and get 1gb data only but offer is 1gb/per day on 4g handset and im using lenovo a6000 plus. And suddenly today night i check my internet balance and then i became to know that no internet balance credited my account on that time i call to customer care (12.02 am) and mr. Amit received my phone and he give solution that restart the phone and check and misbehave with me. But after restarting not get any kind of net balance then call again on 12.12am then told you get your balance on 1 o'clock but till now i am not get any kind of net balance.
So my request is that please resolve my issue and help customer and maintain a good behave and relation with customer.

Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Just put a mail to TRAI regarding your issue and explore some suitable answer from service provider. Otherwise write a RTI letter to service provider and copy the same to TRAI. If can't find solution means switch to another network.
