After filing several complaints through the helpline number, my problems with the speed issues has not been solved yet.
The internet works fine for 2 days after complaint is filed and then again same issues persists.
Another issue is that the "consumer helpline staff is extremely pathetic when it comes to handling issue". Some of them even told me that they can't file new complaint as the old one is not resolved and then when I look at complaint status all my complaints are marked as solved, even an immediate new complaint is filed and maked as solved immediately.
I have all evidence of the fraud that they perform ( all recodings and screenshots of complaint files), if the problem isn't resolved soon, the user is compelled to take a legal action against the frauds of the company and switch to some other service provider. Was this information helpful? |
