[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Internet data pack

Hello idea team,

I selected an idea internet pack and after recharge it i did not get any benefit, bellow is the message i received,
Mrp: rs 199.00 credited loc m2m min 500 final loc m2m min 500 expiry date 23/11/2016 st+sbc+kkc : rs 25.96 proc-fee: rs 173.04 rechg cat: stv. chk data balance at *125#

Actually bellow is what i supposed to get and same mentioned with the pack,
199 = unlimited 2g data, speed from 1.25gb - 2.25gb - 40kbps, post 2.25gb - 10kbps
I did not get the data pack for which i paid and what i got i do not understand what is this you can see that in 2nd image attached.

Recharge amount - rs 199
Circle - delhi/ncr
