Sir/ ma'am, I would like to bring to your kind notice, that i have been charged thrice by idea for my data recharge at the same day, for the same pack and for the same amount . Details. Mobile No : 91- [protected] Amt : Rs 745. (Debitted thrice i.e 745 * 3 = Rs 2235 ) Date : 21 sep 2014 Package : 4GB 3g internet. Now after using the first 4 GB, i expected them to give me another 8 GB as they have deducted my account for the same. But NO, my limit was just 4 GB. I request you to take stringet measures.
