[Resolved] Idea Cellular — internet is not working after paying high rate in recharge

I am facing internet speed issue, after paying the amount and still I am not able to access internet as per 4G speed. This is like continues since last many months and whenever I tried to contact customer services it's says representative are busy please call back. Please fix internet speed issue on urgent basis.
