[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Internet not working after recharge of respective amount

I have done 265 rs(1GB 3G + 50 talk time) recharge through idea mobile application but i am unable to use 3G INTERNET in my mobile.

I have called so many times to idea customer service and complaints team but there is no response from their end
