Idea Cellular — internet offer deactivated before exp. date

i was activated idea 2g unlimited internet on 7th july 2015(rs 201). it was too slow, so i activate a 3g offer on 10th july 2015(rs. 08, special offer) for download a software. after 3g data limit i didn't get my previous offer. i wanna reuse my previous offer.
