Date and time of dedutcion - 20.03.2020 12.45 pm Amount - 21 rs Complain:- rs 21 deducted from my idea prepaid sim card. Customer care call karne par unke dwara suchna di gyi ki apke mob me game khela gaya jiske liye balace deduct kiya gaya jabki uske 1 hour phle se mera mob without work ke meri pocket me rakha tha us bich na to koi game khela gaya hai na hi mobile ka koi bhi use kiya gaya hai and mere mobile me koi chargeble game download hi nhi hai na hi preloaded hai. I have already filed a complaint to the idea cellular but still didn't get any response.they deducted 21₹ by activating some rubbish online game portal.I'm still waiting for their action.
