[Resolved] Idea Cellular — invalid data usage charges | |
Will you explain why does I got charged with 0.04 INR on 0 MB data I used? I didn't even switched on the mobile data. Why am I getting a message of a Rs 0.04 deduction in a Idea SIM due to internet usage even though I have WiFi connectivity? I am not using Idea Mobile Network for internet access. Still I am getting charged. Data_CHRG:0.04 INR, Bal_Left=38.26 INR. You are getting charged at default rate for data usage. Please recharge with any data or unlimited pack. This is happening continuously. Stop this nonsense. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |

When i m using internet i got that Dear customer, You are being charged on default rate. From yesterday i got this sms from idea when i m using internet. Its very bad please find the issue...
