I have been using idea postpaid number [protected] since two years. My data usage exceeded by 2.25 Gb in my last billing cycle for which I have been charged 2375 Rs. When I call helpline or visit idea office, am promised waiver on these charges and request is being taken. But very next day I get message saying the request can't be processed. Same thing has happened thrice in last 15 days. Only waiver I got was some 450 Rs which is nothing. I have been banging my head with these people but in vain. If that's the service you provide to your postpaid customers, then I wonder what you do with prepaids. Hope to get some help through this platform.
