[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — irrelevant and wrong bill generation on postpaid connection

Im an idea postpaid user. Im having ₹299 nirvana connection and my bill was supposed to be of ₹355- and they gave me bill of ₹840. Okay. This is okay for me. Now again this month it is showing that i have an unbilled amout of ₹12 and the problem is that customer care representative said that i will have to wait untill my next billing cycle and then only i can see what caused the bill and then only i can discontinue the extra service. Are you kidding me? How come i m supposed to pay ₹1200 for a month kust to wait n see what caused ₹1200. Fo not i habe the right to cut the wrong service in between? My friend had already warned about bad practises of idea postpaid and i m really never going to encourage people to switch to idea postpaid or voda postpaid. I m fed up of idea company n their representatives. They just keep making false promises. If someone is reading it then please dont switch to idea postpaid. Im being cheated every now n then! My life has become hell! I do not know how will i pay this large amount. This time if the bill comes more than what the customer care told i. E. Under ₹355 then it is okay, otherwise im gonna sue you idea company. You keep making false promises and wrong practises.
