I have complain against the dnd service activation. I had applied twice. But the service has not been activated. Then i call to the customer care, the executive told me two things:
1) the request rejected because it is earlier activate. But actually the service is not activated.
2) she said to me to re-raised the request.
In this both condition. The idea did not send me any acknowledgement that why my request has been rejected. Except that unwanted calls and messages are coming in countless manner.
