[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Issue about the online recharge

Dear sir/madam,
I am the regular customre of idea company past three years and my mobile no. is [protected].My issue is about the online recharge process.when i try to recherge my number through the online service, then it shows an error stating that "your mobile number is temporarily barred from refill, please contact your operator".It means i am not able to de the online recharge.I am facing this problem from 26 May 2014 to till now. I have called in idea customre care and register a complaint.The complaint number is[protected], but they did not give me a good responce i.e they have not solved ..ignore always used to say that we will solve your problem in 24 or 48 hours and also said to me that u will get a call from company regarding your issueh. But still i have not get any call from company and my issue is not solved till date. I am facing this problem very badly.This is bad thing that they are not able to solve my issue. Pls solve my issue as soon as possible.
