[Resolved] Idea Cellular — loss by disconnection

I have submitted my payment of 600rs in my idea no. [protected] on 19/03/2018.
Morning by my debit card of canara bank. My payment has been deducted from my account on that time but they haven't activated my number till now due to that my work is getting affected and by this reason i got a loss of rs70, 000 till now.
I want the company to recover my loss and activate my number as soon as possible.
