[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — Deducting amount unnecessary | |||
I was not satisfied with the resolution which was provided on 05th August 2013. I want the refund amount of Rs 90 which was incorrectly levied by your company. I have already told your colleague that whenever the plan is getting over they should send sms but you don't have facility whenever we recharge the amount you send sms or whenever we recharge activate GPRS then you send sms, so when the plan is getting over then why sms is not sent? Also I have told your colleague that MB was remaining in my account but your system has not calculated the properly Its not my problem. I want the refund back as it was a error from your end. Also from last one months Idea Cellular network is giving lot of problem. Network get dropped automatically while speaking to someone. Is their any problem in Andheri Area?
