[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — Idea postpaid to prepaid connection failed from past 8 days | |||||
My name is vinay. I have changed my sim card from postpaid to prepaid on[protected], and the idea showroom people in velechery, Chennai said that it will take 2-4 days but my sim was not activated till date[protected] i.e.., 8 days till now . on[protected] i got a mail from the idea customer care that your postpaid connection has been terminated with a SR# C1-[protected]. till now my prepaid account has not been activated. i had lost many transactions and many connections has been lost because of it. i have paid bills properly, i ave deposited 500 rs in idea also but they has not serviced as per their words. very poor service. i am paying my tax along with bills on proper time. this is not fair to trouble a valuable customer like me. i have been using this phone number from more than 10 years with this network itself. i have went to idea show room for about 10 times and they are saying that it is under process, i asked them to tell the process, and i requested them to make it fast, but they response is not to the mark. every day from 3 days they are saying it will be activated by tomorrow from 3 days, they are not giving proper response and information about the .status of my application. the mail i have received from idea network is attached with this content.
