Dear Idea Cellular,
I have contacted your customer care executive. i called up your 3exevutives 1st guys spoke gibrish, which i dint understand what he said, second guy told me that he will forward the call to his senior, i was kept on hold for half an hour and no one replied. i hung up and again called the third guy, and the third person told me your entire thing is ok and asked me to remove the sim and re inserted it. i did so and nthing happend, then after complaining here, with in 3 hours, without doing anything i got the issues resolved.
