Hi, I made ported two numbers [protected] and [protected] with new sim, I bought New Lumia 720 and there is a freebie internet 2gb for first two months and activated the same on 24/10/2013 at 7:29 am, but i saw bill got up to 800. why this? Now I connected idea customer care they are the plan are not activated and you have to the same. I said please convert this into 2g per month 125 plan from 24/10/2013 at 7:29 am. But they are not agreed for the same. And my number will be disconnected if bill up to rs 1000. I am very frustrated for bad servicing from Idea. Please wave off bill for internet usage till now or convert into 2gb per month plan. I will not pay as I am misguide by by Idea care. Also pleas port my both the phone numbers [protected] and [protected]. Thanks, Ravinder Kumar
