Dear Sir,

My Name Is Vijay My Idea Mobile is No [protected] Recently got Idea 4G sim swap.There was 1GB free data offer, I called ur customer service people they also conform, after that got the offer..but on using 4G internet my entire balance got drained, contacted your customer care and your customer care executives refused to register my complaint.and they are not educated they dont know anything i ask u only one thing kindly give the refund
