We have 8 connections in my office, Since we shifted to a new place in Sep-2016, we are facing issue of no signal. After n number of complaints an visits by Idea people no solution till date has been provided. This type of service is not expected by Companies like these. Everytime we put a port request, we are assured for an immediate solution but the status remains the same.
