I have given request on 27.09.17 for migration from postpaid to prepaid. My number ([protected]) deactivated on 29.09.17 but till date (05.10.17) my new prepaid number not activated. I called to customer care my times they were response very bad. If i called to postpaid they said already disconnected in postpaid plz call prepaid. If i called to o prepaid they said we have no details because prepaid sim is not activated plz call to postpaid customer care. I went to stores 2 times they said sim card pairing not done. I using this almost more than 10 years because of this worst service i have missed important calls.
I can't understood if we migrate from prepaid to postpiad, prepaid sim deactivated immidately new postpaid sim activated why this service not available in migration from postpaid to prepaid.
Who are reponsable if i missed any important calls?
And do you think i am sitting ideally at home and do gaming with my phone all these 6 days? In this case, please clearly mention in your business drives, that idea is meant for people who don't work. How foolishly the customer care are responding i can't even mention. If i my team is responding this way to our customer, we will not survive in the coming 6 months itself.
