[Resolved] Idea Cellular — misbehave at customer service center

I visited customer service center today to update kyc. Had to wait for more than an hour and when my turn came they refused saying server is down come tomorrow. When i complained that this is not fair and not possible to come here and wait again and again the executive started misbehaving saying it's your problem if you do not wish to continue just go to some other service provider. And in that case you will loose your existing balance amount as well. How pathetic is this behaviour that too from a private organisations customer service centre.
