my contact no. is [protected] i got a call from idea care with the cantact no. [protected] there was one lady talking with my mother she was talking with her without manner. she was using strong language with her.
idea can hire such kind of peoples they dont know how to the talk with the customers we dont have trust on that.
please take the strict action on that either we will left the company.

time-between 1 to 3 pm.
seeking for your urgent action on that.
now idea is not connecting the peoples you guys are making the fool to the customers.
