[Resolved] Idea Cellular — misbehave of a customer care executive | |||
My name is tanumay majumdar. I am using idea cellular since long time across the country. I must say its a good cellular service to keep faith. But today when i called the customer care regarding a query about my data deduction status, the concerned executive acted really harsh as if it was my guilt that i asked several questions about those deductions. It seemed he doesn't care about customer satisfaction while talking to them. Idea cellular is doing a great job across this country with all its sincere employees.
