Dear sir,
I want to complain regarding unfair trade practices done by you company. Please read the following in detail.
On 18/5/2017 at 12.28 pm, i received sms that 10gb free data was activated on my number [protected] which was done without my approval. I wanted clarification so i chatted with your online executive mr amarjeet on same day at 12.58 pm. Details of the conversation is enclosed in the attachment. I was told that the 10gb data was free.
Thereafter after using my current subscribed internet plan, i was under wrong impression that i had 10 gb data free of cost. I was surprised to see that my unbilled usage was rs350+. I contacted your customer care where i was told that the 10gb free data needed new 4g sim. I replied that i was not told regarding new sim activation and that your company or your executives had not clarified about new sim in previous online chat or in the sms sent on 18/5/2017.
I therefore want you to revert all the unbilled amount because you are doing fraud by practicing wrong communication and activating various plans without customer approvals. You are requested to do the needful at earliest failing which i will complain with government authorities with the enclosed proof of communication.
