[Resolved] Idea Cellular — misleading, advertisements, fraudulent, offers rough answers mentally harrasments | |||
I got a call from idea cellular limited. They told me that i have to pay 350 rs. For sim card because i took choice mobile number and i have been told that they will refund me with in 3 months in your idea account. I took sim cards. Problem was that whatever tellycaller told me i didn't get anything in my services. And when i called her she gave me rough answers. Even i didn't get help from store as well. All the persons who are respresenting idea they gave me rough answers on questions. Was this information helpful? | |||
