Idea is harrasing me like anything. They did not called me . But i received a message saying that they interacted with me. If i try to provide feedback.. It is not getting delivered. Looks like they are targetting my nunber .

So far three request are raised. I agree the offer is changed ( at your backend), but customer is not aware of this changes as the offer was still available on website. I was able to see the offer atleast for 10 days in the website.
Customer can look for the offer at website and will recharge accordingly. If you forget to update the website, who can customer bare the penality. Look at your logs, when was it removed in the website and when did I recharged.
I have forwarded the screen shot of the website which was taken on 31st may. My recharge was on 21st may.
Look at the emails of both the complaint numbers mentioned above.
