[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — misleading offers of idea cellular - got cheated

Hello there,

My name is javed lakha and mobile number is [protected] (Idea), i was (Yes i was) a big fan of idea. Cause their network is very well in my area. I m using idea since 10 years. Recently i got offer by dialing *121#. The offer said rc with 198 and got local+std unlimited calls and 1gb data for 28days. So i thought why i switched to jio for calling and 4g usage. Cause idea offered me the same offer which jio's popular offer. I had recharged with the said amount of on dt.11-oct-2017 at 18:06 (Indian standard time).

And got the confirmation msg that the offer is activated... I was happy that i got unlimited calls plus 1gb net for 28days, i started using the service as usual i was using my previous plans. And today on dt. 16-oct-2017 i called my relatives and got charged for some minuets.. I thought that will be some bug in idea. So i called another number to try that my balance is deducting or not. And i m shocked that i got charged for another call also.. So i thought to talk to idea customer helpline number (198). And customer executive who won't give him name and told me that your offer was limited to 1000 minutes only.. And refused me to book a complain for it. And he was very rude.

Any way i do not have problem with customer care executive.. My point is that if you (Idea cellular) can't give a unlimited calling then why are you promoting such offers as unlimited calls to your valuable customer? Why am i not notified or informed about 1000 minuets limits before?? This is the clear cheating and fraud.

I have all the screenshot of sms wich i got from idea on recharge date. And also i have call recording which i have talked with idea cellular company.
Why you are misleading user to your misleading promotional sms..?

You can say clearly that this offer had 1000minuets limited not for unlimited usage.. Or at least make * (Star) after unlimited word, so user can understand that this is some fake misleading promotional offer.

I m raising issue here.. Hope someone responsible person from idea will short-out my issue.. Otherwise i m thinking to do legal action on idea.

Never thought that my favorite telecome operator company idea can go down for this level..
This wasn't about money.. This is for that i got cheated.
