Idea Cellular — Misleading SMS, Cheating | |||
I recieve and SMS from IDEA cellular which promises double data and validity on 98 Rs. I get it done and I get only half of what is promised. I call the customer care and they tell me...to call back after an hour...then after 4 hours...then finally they ask me to visit nearest Idea office. (in background is the sound...dial 1 2 1 ...idea office will come ! ) The nearest idea office from my village is 100 KM. I can't go there just for this...98rs...On fon ...They refuse do resolve it. Simply cheated and took my money. I still have SMS and other details with me... Was this information helpful? | |||
