I recharged my idea number [protected] with 347 Rs . In the plan it was not mentioned wither it is 2G or 3G or 4G network net the company is giving. They gave me only 1gb 3G net plan
In 346 Rs the company is giving 28 GB
They are cheating the customers by not giving the full details in the plans

Updated by jaibhagwan0324@gmail I recharged my idea no [protected] on 10 July 2017 in the 347 Rs plan in the plan it was mentioned that UL L & S with 1GB upto 28 GB for 28 days.It was not mentioned wither 2G or 3G or 4G data the company will provide to customer
Now I came to know that the idea company is giving only 1GB 3G data
In Plan 346 Rs company is providing 28 GB data
Hence the company Idea is looting money from customers without giving the full details of the plan
I am feeling cheated by this Idea company
So beware of this company, this company aim is to make money by miss guiding the customers without giving full details
