i call customer care regarding to know what should i do to connect my black berry phone to social media,
they suggest me to recharge with 299 and you will get the above said facility, so i recharged instead of this i they didnt send me any confirmation,
when i cmplaint that i didnt get any alert for the said things they again asked me every thing then gave me a reason that i recharged with wrong amount, and you will get some local calling minute, i recharged my phone on 5th june from that time to till now my balance is showing zero i did not get any bb connectivity
