Idea Cellular — misuse of my documents

Am swapna holding [protected] idea post paid connection. I have submitted my documents to idea agent naveen who sits in our office campus minacs cafeteria ecospace bangalore. On 22 aug i received mail stating order for new connection [protected] was processed i informed customer service regarding same but no response and sim was activated too. Need immediate assistance else am forced to register legal case against the company for miss using my personal documents.
