I had submitted a MNP request to port my number out from Idea on 07-Jun-2019 afternoon. Later, in the evening, on checking with customer care for the payment of any outstanding bills, I was told that my MNP request is rejected and I need to submit the request again through the new service provider. The new service provider is asking for the SMS from Idea which says that MNP is rejected to submit a new request. I do not have any SMS from Idea saying that the MNP request is rejected; it's only the customer care which says that the MNP request is rejected.
I have written a detailed email asking for clarifications, but haven't received any response till date. The customer care teams are not able to understand the problems and not able to give a concrete answer.
Now, it's been more than three days, I am not aware of the status of my MNP port out request, I have to travel over next 5-10 days and the new service provider is not ready to accept the port in request.
