[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — mnp tele verification number 59059 not working

Hello,

I ported my jio phone number to idea recently. Yesterday my jio network got disconnected and i inserted my idea sim. I was advised by idea agent to call 59059 after inserting idea sim. When i tried calling the above mentioned number, it does not connect. Kindly resolve this issue as this is my primary contact number. My phone number is [protected].

I am satish from Delhi ' i have submitted charges waiver in last month bill because I don't know your voise charges completed id-c[protected]
If charges are no refunds then stop your service permanently

Myself Vijay Kumar. i am living in Delhi. I ported to postpaid Idea & deposited Security deposit. Now I have closed the sim but my security deposit money has not been refunded to me so far. Kindly refund my Deposit. In advice-able this should be clear on porting time do not waste time o[censored]s for our own money.

A recharge of Rs. 198/- was made by me online on my Idea Pre Paid no. [protected], but neither credit of same given to me nor the amount refunded to my account even after 07 days.

I recharges my idea mobile number [protected] on 04 Dec 2017 for Rs. 198/ online through Ideal cellular online service but neither amount/tarrif credited to my no. nor returned the recharge amount back to my bank account even after lapse of 08 days
