I had lost an amount of ₹56 from my number. This is the second time its getting deducted automatically saying that i had downloaded some services which i didn't even see or know about.
At the first time it happened on 5/3/18 saying i have downloaded an animation nazara which i didn't see or know about and i registered a complaint to the customer care and the complaint and it was not solved.
And yesterday 8/3/18 night it got deducted again saying i have downloaded a new arrival gm from indiagames and got deducted 70.
As i only used to keep the balance in my mobile for the international calls.
Please take this fraudulent issue done by idea sim provider seriously as many of the customers are facing the same recently as i came to know when i enquired.
I want them to pay the fine for wot i lost and my valuable time that is wasted because of their fraudulent works. Was this information helpful? |
