My mobile barred from outgoing calls for nonpayment of previous operator even though I have paid it a week ago. You dont have a mechanism in place to check that ?
Without intimation how can you bar the calls?
Now when i call customer care they asking me to submit receipt in nearest idea office ? how fair is this ? why should I go so far to submit receipt.
