[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — mobile connection deactivated

My mobile number got deactivated. I am asking ito reactivate my connection. Customer service guys telling we can't do since it's disconnected on september 12. I used my mobile in september 2 to 8. I got so many messages and i had some calls on these 5 days. On which basis they disconnected my mobile number. It's not been completed 90 days, even why they are unable to provide same number for me. Mobile number:[protected]

Sorry for the trouble caused.Please suggest an alternate number & convenient date/time to reach you as we were unable to reach you.And also share the screen shot of your recharge history, outgoing call and outgoing message which is done on this number with in 3 month.

I have upgraded my idea Mobile number to 4g recently. But using it as main number i.e., 4g services, the money was automatically deducting by giving messages
