My Cell No [protected] Idea 3G service postpaid consumer first billing cycle yet to complete. Idea prepaid customer since last 8 years. Shifted to 3G postpaid in This month only. Complaint: Idea stoped my services suddenly without informing / having any verification when i moved to bangalore for official reasons. I was made handicapped when i need Mobile service . Need compensation from idea for such services.If not started my service within 8 working hrs. Stop doing business if you dont believe your customer.
