[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — money debited but recharge not done (balance not credited)

Paid rs.541 (Actual cost was of rs.599 and rs.58 coupon was applied hence rs.541) recharge plan 84 days unlimited calls, through web (Chrome) on 5th march 2020.
Done through debit card sbi

Balance and data not credited, very bad service by idea. I also checked by running ussd code and even in myidea app as no data was credited. Concerned people must look into this and see that data balance is credited to my number.
